Arrival and departure

Arrival: From 15:00 hours (Saturdays); Departure: Until 10:00 hours (Saturdays)

Payment

A deposit is to be paid via bank transfer. The remaining amount is then paid in cash in the evening prior to your departure. Unfortunately, we do not accept bank or credit cards.

Terms and conditions of cancellation

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
No cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the holiday.
3 months - 1 month before the start of the holiday 40% cancellation costs, 1 month to 1 week before the start of the holiday 70% will be charged. From 1 week before the start of your holiday or early departure we charge 90% of the booked stay. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. We recommend taking out travel insurance in this case.
